At the Breakwater we offer excellent food and quality wines in relaxed and friendly surroundings with panoramic views across Brixham harbour and out towards Lyme Bay. Café culture by day and restaurant by night with locally caught fish, well presented steaks and local meats on a straight forward, traditional English menu.

Our snack menu is available during the day (12pm - 5.30pm), serving a variety of sandwiches, salads, jacket potatoes and light lunches.

Our full evening menu is available from 5.30pm and includes fresh fish, landed in Brixham, and local meats. We vary our evening menu weekly so please contact us for our latest specials.

We are open every day in the summer for snacks, lunches and evening meals.

In the winter we are open from 10am-4pm and Friday & Saturday evenings.

We also open on bank holidays including Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

We use local produce wherever possible. As our meals are all freshly prepared, delays can occur especially during busy periods.
